All orders are shipped via Australia Post. Please allow 3-8 business days Australia Wide. Time frames may vary accordingly to courier and does not accommodate to Public Holidays or high-volume periods. 

Shipping times apply from the day your order is shipped, NOT the day ordered. 

Returns

Due to the nature of certain products, we cannot offer a refund or exchanges due to the health regulations.

Before using any of the products, please read the product description, directions and ingredients list carefully. If you have an allergy or sensitivity, DO NOT use the product containing that specific ingredient. Test any product on a small area is recommended in case of a reaction. Discontinue use if reaction occurs. 

In case of a refund, it will only be provided if the product is faulty, broken or leaking and not in the form of change of mind. 

If you are qualified for a refund, you will be responsible for your own shipping costs for the return of the item.
