Processing time: All orders are handcrafted and packed with care. Please allow 2–3 business days for your order to be processed and dispatched.

📍 Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this to track your parcel directly through Australia Post at auspost.com.au.

At this stage we ship within Australia only. We're a small Australian-made business and want to make sure every order arrives in perfect condition. 🌿

🔄 Returns & Exchanges
We want you to absolutely love your Blissfully Balanced by Nature products. If something isn't right, here's what to do:
Change of mind: Unfortunately we're unable to accept returns for change of mind on skincare products for hygiene reasons.
Damaged or faulty items: If your order arrives damaged or there's an issue with your product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at [your email] with:
- Your order number
- A photo of the damage or issue
- Your preferred resolution (replacement or refund)
