Is everything natural?

There is no hidden ingredients and no parabens, no petroleum jelly, all natural. The shower steamers beside breathe easy are made with synthetic fragrances for its aroma as it is also won’t be in contact with the body. 

All ingredients are natural and safe for your skin. Please read the ingredients label before purchasing and or applying to your skin to make sure you are not allergic to any of the ingredients listed. And as always, small test patch is required just in case a reaction does occur. 

If a reaction does occur, stop use immediately. If condition appears to worsen, please seek medical advice. 

Why has my balm gone grainy? Can I still use it?

100% yes you can still use the balm. The balm has gone grainy (crystalised) due to the nature of the Shea Butters melting point, when compared to the Beeswax and Cocoa Butters. When the temperature or storage conditions change, the balms ingredients melt/solidify at different temperatures. 

If your balm has been left in a warm environment, pop it into the fridge to solidify at a fast rate which will also help reduce the graininess. 

When using your balm that has crystalised, just rub the butter between your fingers to help smooth it out before applying to the desired area. The butter will melt on contact with you skin anyway.
