Are your products really natural? Yes, 100%! Every product we make uses naturally derived ingredients. We never use sulphates, parabens, petroleum, or any other harmful nasties. What's on the label is what's in the product β€” always.

Are your products Australian made? Absolutely. Every single product is made right here in Australia with love and care. We're proud to be a small Aussie business. πŸ‡¦πŸ‡Ί

Are your products cruelty free? Yes! We are completely cruelty free. We never test on animals and never will.

Are your products suitable for sensitive skin? Most of our products are suitable for sensitive skin, particularly our Soothing Balm which is specifically designed for sensitive and reactive skin. If you have a known allergy, please check the ingredient list on each product or contact us before purchasing.

Are your products safe for children? Our Soothing Balm is gentle enough for the whole family including little ones. For other products, we recommend checking the ingredient list or contacting us for advice for children under 3 years.

Do your products have an expiry date? Yes. Because we use natural ingredients without synthetic preservatives, we recommend using products within 12 months of opening for best results.

Why has my balm gone grainy? Can I still use it?

100% yes, you can still use the balm. The balm has gone grainy (crystalised) due to the nature of the Shea Butters melting point, when compared to the Beeswax and Cocoa Butters. When the temperature or storage conditions change, the balms ingredients melt/solidify at different temperatures.Β 

If your balm has been left in a warm environment, pop it into the fridge to solidify at a fast rate which will also help reduce the graininess.Β 

When using your balm that has crystalised, just rub the butter between your fingers to help smooth it out before applying to the desired area. The butter will melt on contact with you skin anyway.

How long will my order take? All orders are handcrafted and packed with care. Please allow 2–3 business days for processing, then standard delivery times on top of that. See our full Shipping & Delivery page for detailed timeframes by state.

Do you offer free shipping? Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $75. πŸŽ‰

Can I track my order? Absolutely. Once your order is dispatched you'll receive a tracking email with your Australia Post tracking number. You can track at auspost.com.au.

Do you ship internationally? At this stage we ship within Australia only. Send us a message if you're interested in international shipping β€” we love hearing from our global community! 🌍

Can I change or cancel my order? Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make changes. Once an order has been processed and dispatched we're unable to make alterations.

What is your return policy? Due to the nature of skincare products we're unable to accept returns for change of mind for hygiene reasons. If your product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days with your order number and a photo and we'll make it right.

My order arrived damaged β€” what do I do? We're so sorry to hear that! Email us at info@blissfullybalancedbynature.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible. πŸ’š

I had a reaction to a product β€” what should I do? Stop using the product immediately. If you have a severe reaction please seek medical advice. Contact us at [your email] and we'll do everything we can to help. We always recommend doing a small patch test before using any new skincare product.
