Where is my order? Once dispatched you'll receive a tracking email from us. Check your junk folder if you haven't seen it! You can also track via auspost.com.au using your tracking number.
Can I change or cancel my order? Please contact us as soon as possible at info@blissfullybalancedbynature.com.au. If your order hasn't been processed yet we'll do our best to help. Once dispatched we're unable to make changes.
My product arrived damaged β what do I do? We're so sorry! Please email us within 7 days with your order number and a photo of the damage and we'll sort it out straight away. π
